Great cider starts with great fruit.

After six generations of farming, if there is one thing we know, it's how to grow pears.  In all our cider's it is the fruit that is the star. Just like wine, where the fruit grows, when the fruit is picked and how the fruit is crushed all matter to cider. That is why we control the entire cider making process from the tree all the way to your bottle!

We start with estate grown, hand picked Bartlett pears. To add balance, we have blended in estate grown Gala apples. We choose the Gala because of its subtle characteristics that willnot overwhelm the pear, which is the real star of our cider! Crushed at the peak of flavor, fermented, then aged in oak, gently sweetened with fresh juice and lightly carbonated, wecan’t wait to share with you our California Gold!

Our cider is made from 100% fresh pressed fruit straight from our orchards, never artificially flavored. We control the entire process from the roots to the glass. After six generations ofgrowing pears, we have a gold worth sharing.

Our Hemly Dry is a cider for serious cider fans. This pear cider is fermented dry to show off the complex floral notes of our pears. The nature of pears also allows some complex sugars to survive the fermentation adding to the body of the cider. Aged on oak and at 6.5% alc. If you are a cider fanatic you will love it.
